Obituary

South Jordan, Utah - Alfred Wallace Bowler, born September 28, 1937, in Cedar City, Utah, passed away peacefully at his home on January 31, 2016.

Alfred is preceded in death by his parents; James A. and Lula Kurt; one brother, Kay Bowler; and three sisters: Velda Schell, Lollie Pearce and Edith Carter.

He is survived by his wife, of 58 years, Carolyne Bowler; daughter, Carollynn Bowler; two brothers, Brent Bowler and Bruce Bowler; five sisters: Betty Bracken, Nellie Duran, Peggy Benidict, Tina Peck, Rosa Dail; many nieces and nephews.

He attended school in Enterprise, Utah and worked the farms around there until he moved to South Jordan, where he lived and built homes for many years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and traveling to spend time with family.

Funeral Services will be held, Monday, February 8, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Enterprise LDS Stake Center, 80 South Center, Enterprise, Utah. A visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 am Monday before services. Interment will be held in the Enterprise City Cemetery.
