She leaves behind a surviving spouse Ashley Vesta Kanahele; her three sons: Jim, Spencer (Maletina), Ronnie (Emily); her two daughters: Juliet (Manuel), Beverly (Faafoi); along with her treasured grandchildren: James, Jordan, Eydie Aliese, Rolence, Sienna, Star, Destiny, Jesse, Serafina, Suli, Mathias, Somaya, Matai, Saraiah, Savannah, and Malosi; her three sisters: Logoalisi (Dave), Kukaimoa (Sefo), and Lea. Aliese was preceded in death by her beloved husband Togiatama Koli Siteine who passed in 1991 due to complications from diabetes. Aliese adored her family with her whole heart and was endlessly proud and supportive of them.
Aliese was known for her self-management skills. She loved to listen and give advice. She was incredibly bright and curious about the world with a love for exploring spirituality, learning about new cultures, music, dancing to good music, and savoring the simple and beautiful moments life had to offer.
Aliese is now reunited with her parents Toetu Sagatu and Faasiu Palea'ae; her beloved husband Togiatama; beloved daughters Julia and Alexis; beloved son Francis; and multiple dearly loved aunts and uncles who left behind a story of family and love.
Aliese's legacy is one of love, generosity, and an unparalleled zest for life. She will be deeply missed and while her absence leaves a void, the example of love she set will live on forever in those who were fortunate enough to know her.
Our beautiful mother, the queen of our hearts, you were one of a kind. Rest peacefully knowing you were adored beyond measure. Give our other angels hugs and kisses.
