Obituary

Angela Castelli Ponzio Anderson was born on February 20, 1936, in Tunis, North Africa. She grew up in Casablanca, Morocco, and later immigrated to the United States. One of her proudest moments was taking the Oath of Allegiance and becoming a U.S. citizen in 1976.

Angela was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Eugene Paul Anderson; her son, Eric; her daughter, Valerie; her parents, Michele Ponzio and Rosalia Castelli; and her brothers: Joseph and Michele. She is survived by her children: Vanessa Anderson and Chris and Tiffany Anderson; her grandchildren: Abbie, Braden, and Andrew Anderson; her brother, John Paul Ponzio; and sisters: Rosalia Ponzio and Dora Arlati.

Angela's life was defined by her deep faith, love for her church, and devotion to Jesus Christ. She was known for her strong personality, never hesitating to speak her mind, a quality that endeared her to those who valued her candor and strength.
