Obituary

Anna Belle "Ann" Holliday Perkins of Hurricane Utah returned to the loving arms of her husband, Stephen on January 9, 2026, who waited patiently with our Heavenly Father.

Ann grew up in Colorado and moved to Blanding, Utah her Junior year of High School and always said that is where she finally felt like she belonged. She was not yet a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, but the youth embraced her, and she started attending activities and attending church regularly. Ironically, Ann did not meet the love of her life who was born and raised in Blanding until she left and started attending school in Provo. Ann and Steve quickly became inseparable, and Steve had the great honor of baptizing Ann prior to them being married in the Logan Temple on October 1, 1958. Shortly after they were married Steve was drafted into the Army and they moved to Virginia where they quickly learned to depend on each other, forming the solid foundation of their 65-year marriage. Ann dedicated her life to being the best wife and mother she could be. From kissing every hurt better to writing every stat of every game down to holding everyone together during hard times and cheering on every win she was there without fail. Not only for her children but carrying this on through her grandchildren and great grandchildren, no one ever wondered if Nana loved them, she showed it in so very many ways. The legacy that she leaves behind is immense, and the shoes to fill, impossible.

Ann is survived by her loving children: Connie Perkins, Donna Perkins, Russell Steve Perkins (Mary Jane), Amber Perkins Allen (Randy), Brother Billie Nick Holliday, the last surviving sibling. Ann was also Nana to 7 grandchildren named: Garrett, Heather, Scott, Zandon, Jade, Ridge, Rylee and Nana G to 10 amazing great-grandchildren.

Greeted in Heaven by her Husband Stephen Young Perkins, Parents Raymond Tobe and Veda Mae Marshall Holliday Sister Ida Ola, Brothers Charles Raymond and Robert Tobe (aka John).

Graveside service will be held January 17, 2026, at 1:00 at the Hurricane Cemetery, 225 East 600 North, Hurricane, UT. 84737.
