IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Beverly Jean
Moss Gough
March 29, 1927 – April 22, 2024
St. George, Utah – On April 22, 2024, Beverly Jean Moss Gough, an angel mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother passed away to be reunited with her beloved spouse, Jack. They were the parents of four children.
Beverly was born March 29, 1927, in Ogden, Utah. She grew up in Sparks, Nevada. She graduated from Sparks High School in 1945 and worked at the Bell Telephone Company.
Beverly married Jack Richard Gough on June 9, 1948, in the Salt Lake Temple. Beverly, Jack and their family lived in many locations throughout the country. Beverly was the Relief Society President in almost every place they lived.
When she lived with Terry and Catherine, she took it upon herself to send birthday cards to each sister in her ward. She was always happy serving others. She had a testimony of Jesus Christ and was a true disciple. She exemplified this throughout her life. She will truly be missed by her family, but we know she is in a happier place,
Leaving a large posterity, Beverly is survived by her children: Jeannie Hatch-Tripp (Ellis), Rick (Pam) Gough, Terry (Catherine) Gough, and Anita Bart (John); 20 grandchildren; 80 great grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jack; parents, George and Veda Moss; brother, Marvin Moss; two sisters: Carolyn Patacca and Jeannette Jacobs; two sons-in-law: Dean Hatch and John Bart; and great-grandson, Tyson Gough.
