Santa Clara, Utah " Brooks Raymond Johnson, 18, passed away May 18, 2014 in a tragic accident. He was born October 9, 1995 in St. George, Utah to Mitchell Raymond and Lori Jean Johnson. Brooks grew up in Santa Clara and was just days away from receiving his high school diploma from Snow Canyon High School. Brooks lit up the room whenever he entered and was loved by everyone. He was kindhearted, genuine, non-judgmental and driven. Brooks lived for riding his dirt bike with his brothers and dad. He enjoyed all things outdoors and spending time with his friends. He loved to play football and baseball and was looking forward to attending Dixie State University in the fall. Brooks spent many hours at the gym perfecting his physique, to look good for the ladies. Brooks will be forever missed and loved. He is survived by his parents, his two brothers; Logan and Chance; his sister Kami (Jock) Wiltshire; his niece Lola; and nephew Kove. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 22, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Santa Clara LDS 11th Ward Chapel, 3815 West Rachel Drive, Santa Clara, Utah. Visitations will be held Wednesday afternoon from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Metcalf Mortuary, 288 West St. George Blvd., St. George, Utah and on Thursday, prior to services, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Chapel.
