ENTERPRISE, UTAH- Carla Ann (Lindh) Boodey, age 44, passed away October 8, 2009 after a long valiant fight against pancreatic cancer. Carla was always hopeful and determined to never give up. She was a tower of strength and was always hard working, sweet, calm and forgiving. Through all her challenges she was positive and loving. She once said, "People say there is a lot of evil in the world but through my trials, I have met a lot of wonderful people." Carla owned and operated D&L Billing. She always looked forward to a good road trip and traveled several places just for fun with a special friend or family member. She had a childlike innocence about her. She loved a good lighthearted movie with a happy ending. Her greatest joy in life was her children. She always wanted to be a mom, and a great one she was. You can look at what a wonderful boy Ivan is and Olivia was, and know that she was a wonderful example, teacher and friend to them. Special thanks to the neighbors and townspeople of Enterprise. They are so loving and supportive of Carla and her family through everything. Carla is survived by her husband Ralph, son Ivan, mother Karen Miller, sister Christine (Tyler) Hodgson, brother Brian (Trisha) Lindh, brother Vincent (Eddie) Miller, grandmother Marlene Jacobson, wonderful Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, nieces, nephews, and a loving family of in-laws whom she adored and loved dearly. Carla was preceded in death by her beautiful daughter, Olivia Boodey, and stepfather Vincent Miller. Carla you are a wonderful wife, daughter, sister and friend! Your strength is an inspiration to all who knew you. Your valiant fight and love for all those around you will always be remembered. We love you and will miss you dearly, but you can rest at last. An Ivan Boodey donation account is set up at Zions Bank. Memorial services will be held Saturday, October 17, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at the Enterprise LDS Stake Center, 50 S. Center St., Enterprise, Utah.
