Alamogordo, NM / Ivins, Utah - Carla Jeanne Christensen, 60, died June 30, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. She was the daughter of Carla and Aris Max Christensen.

She attended Dixie College, St. George, Utah; served as a missionary in the Oklahoma Mission of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She worked in retail sales in Utah and in Alamogordo, New Mexico. She was a Wood Badge trained Cub Scout leader with over 20 years of service in Scouting. She was serving as the librarian in the Sacramento Mountain Ward of the LDS church at the time of her passing.

Jeanne was preceded in death by her father and mother. She is survived by her siblings: Crystaleen Poynter (John), A. Michael Christensen, and Mark Christensen (Kimi); 20 nieces and nephews, and their children.
