St. George, UT - Carol Annie Anderson Harris White, 91, passed away on September 28, 2024, in St. George, Utah.  Carol was born on September 17, 1933, in Idaho Falls, Idaho to Chloe Gardner and Reuben Christian Anderson.  She married Reed Layman Harris in Idaho Falls, Idaho on June 12, 1952.  Reed Harris passed away on March 3, 1970.  She later married Reed Nofe White in Los Angeles, CA on November 5, 1978.  He passed away in St. George, UT on March 11, 1997.

Carol was raised in Idaho Falls, ID area and had a great love for animals and the outdoors.  She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in several volunteer positions.  Carol and Reed Harris lived in several places in Idaho and moved to the San Diego, CA area in the early 1960's. She worked in various positions as an administrative assistant and as an escrow officer.  After her marriage to Reed White, they lived in Ukiah, CA, Boise, ID, and St. George, UT.  Following the death of Read White, she lived in Macomb, IL to live closer to family for eight years and then moved back to St. George, UT in 2014.

Carol is survived by her sons: Bryan (Barbara) Harris, Menifee, CA, Terry (Kim Jackson) Harris, Chatsworth, Australia, Bruce (Laurie), St. George, UT, Shannon Harris, South Jordan, UT; grandchildren: Rebecca, Robert, BreeAnn, Ben, Lara, Jennifer, Anne, Mark; and great grandchildren: Elijah, Daniel, Briella, Devin, Liliana, Ethan, William, Jonathan, Ashlynn, Kaylee, Camden and Kaden.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, October 4, 2024 at 2:00 pm at the Ririe-Shelton Cemetery, 12463 East 129 North, Ririe, ID.
