St. George, Utah - Carol Parr, 61, died peacefully December 6, 2023, in the Red Cliffs Health and Rehab Center. She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah and adopted by Grant and Wanda Livingston.

Carol enjoyed being active physically and loved to socialize. Her bubbly, cheerful personality was contagious and made her lots of friends. Carol was creative and artistic. She loved making all sorts of crafts for those around her and to decorate her home with.

Carol had two kids, and six grandkids who she loved all with her whole heart. For many years she lived by a Temple, which became her place of refuge in peace during some dark hard times in her life. She found how important she was to the Lord, Jesus Christ.
