St. George, UT – Our son, who we love so much, tragically passed away in a car accident while riding home from a car meet with his older brother on June 26, 2022, on his 15th birthday. He was a brother to many, a friend to all and loved by everyone. He was born on June 26, 2007, 7lbs 8 oz, and he was the happiest baby boy.

Carter loved Legos, football, gaming, Dr. Pepper, and especially his dog, Coco. You could always catch him out Friday nights playing night games with his friends. Carter had a heart of gold. He would drop everything to be there for his family. You could always find him playing with his 2 baby sisters, Louie and Addie.

Carter grew up and spent most of his life in Hurricane, UT before moving to Bloomington with his family in 2017. He became a Dixie Flyer and was beyond excited to join the football team this year. Carter was so smart and became a talented welder. You could just ask him, and he would tell you he was a pro.

Carter is survived by his mother Robyn Roundy, father Butch Roundy, sister Taylor Stratton (Chris), brother Kaden Stratton, brother Brody Roundy, sister Adalyn Roundy, sister Olivia Roundy, so many grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

We love you son! I hope you know you're not up there alone; you took a piece of me when you left. I love you so much son. "Love you, bye," love mom.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, July 2, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at Metcalf Mortuary, 288 W. St. George Blvd., St. George, Utah. There will be a visitation prior to services from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Interment will be in the Hurricane City Cemetery.
