St. George, Utah - If you are reading this, I must have closed my eyes for the last time to begin a new journey of joy and love. Chloa Terrell DeVoge, loving wife and mother passed away on Sunday, October 5th, 2014. She was born on July 11, 1932 in Torrington, Wyoming, the last of 13 children to George and Carrie Terrell. She married Kenneth DeVoge on March 22, 1953. They lived in Casper, Wyoming, Bountiful , Utah and retired in St. George, Utah. She loved living in Bountiful, where they raised their two children, Tom and Elaine. She is preceded in death by her mother and father, sisters: Jessie, Leona, Vera, Uva, Inez and brothers: Glen, Elvin, Hubert, Marvin, Raymond and Dale. She is survived by her sweetheart of 61 years: Ken; sister: Bernice; two children: Tom (Lynette) DeVoge and Elaine (Kent) Schlehuber; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Friends and family are invited to the funeral services which will be held Friday, October 10th, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Metcalf Mortuary Chapel, 288 W. St. George Blvd, St. George, Utah. A visitation will be held prior to services on Friday, October 10th at 10:00 a.m. at Metcalf Mortuary. Interment will be at the St. Thomas Cemetery in Overton, NV at 1:30 p.m. P.S.T. (2:30 p.m. M.S.T.). Our family would like to thank the staff at Emeritus at Cliff View and CNA's for their kind services given to her in her final days.
