St. George, Utah - Our beloved father and grandfather, Clarence Blair Guymon, passed away Thursday, April 12, 2012, surrounded by his loved ones, in St. George, UT. He married ReNae Winn, June 6, 1942. They were sealed in the Salt Lake City temple April 7, 1943.

He was preceded in death by his wife and two sons Carl and Craig, and grandson Craig. He is survived by his sons and daughters: Wayne (Doris), Kim (Sharon), Kathleen Smith (Randy), and Jana Lee Richardson (Alan). He will be missed by all of us, but especially his many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Blair had a career with Utah Job Services, in Provo Utah, for 29 years. He was a retired Colonel in the US Army and was proud to have served during World War II. He was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was privileged to serve as ward financial clerk for nearly 20 years. Blair was a gentle man and blessed the lives of those who knew him.

Funeral services will be held Monday, April 16, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Metcalf Mortuary Chapel, 288 West St. George Blvd., St. George, Utah. A visitation will be held Monday, prior to services, at 10:00 a.m. at Metcalf Mortuary. Interment will follow at Tonaquint Cemetery.
