It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Conrad (Randy) Seth Cardinal on April 28, 2026, a long-time resident of Central, Utah. Randy was born March 30, 1942 in Brooklyn, New York to Samuel Cardinal and Betty Probolski Cardinal.

Randy was well known to many in the Las Vegas strip entertainment industry, and he has touched many lives by preaching at the Cowboy Desert Church in Quartsite, Arizona.

Randy was a loving husband to Nancy and father to Kenneth Cardinal, Samantha (Howard) Edmunds, Shelly (Glen) Person, Scott Dowdle, Sean Phillips and Gregg Phillips. Randy is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and his son Jimmy Cardinal.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., at the Central LDS Chapel, 850 East Pine Valley Hwy., Central, Utah. A visitation will be held Wednesday, May 6, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., prior to services at the chapel. Interment will be held in the Central City Cemetery immediately following services.
