Dale K Garner, age 69, died August 11, 2025. He was born on February 17, 1956, to Kenneth Herbert Garner and Adele Mae Bingham. He lived in the Ogden area until 1969 when his family fled the coup and moved to Ione, WA. On the first day of their Junior year of high school, he met his future wife. He knew he wanted to marry Carrie Lyne Seebach, but she insisted he must have a way to care for her.  So into the Army he went! He was stationed at Ft Lewis, WA and stayed in that area until 5 years ago. The hardest part about leaving Washington state was for him to leave "his beach" at Kalaloch where he's always said "Put me in my chair at low tide and let the ocean take me when it's my time to go"

Dale had many passions in his life… he loved his arts and crafts, very musically inclined and carving his very creative wood carvings… you name it, he could most definitely figure out how to accomplish it.

He followed in his father's footsteps by always wanting to be of service to others around him no matter the time of day or who might be in need, he would happily show up and help in every way he could. As Bishop we had a family from the St George area call us and ask about the area. Mind you, we had no idea who they were, and the next thing I hear is you can live with us until you find a place to live.  This was a family of six, we were living in our garage at this time and building our home.

Dale is survived by his wife, Carrie Garner; daughters: Teresa Bell of Otter Creek, UT, Sarah Lux of Holladay, UT, and Yulia Aukschun, husband Brad Aukschun of South Jordan, UT; grandchildren: Vanessa Atkinson, Matthew Paugh, Charles, Justin and Porter Bell, Sophia and Allison Aukschun; and great granddaughter, Delila Atkinson.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Enterprise 2nd Ward Chapel, 620 East Main Street, Enterprise, UT 84725.
