Daniel Blake, October 23, 1933 to October 18, 2016. Born in St. George, Utah, the 11th child of Olive Wade and Royal H. Blake.  Graduated from Dixie High School in 1952.  Married Iris June Owens, February 25, 1953.  They had one child, Judith Blake; one grandchild, Jade Star Yellis; and two great-grandchildren, Carter Blake Yellis and Rose Kathleen Yellis.

He spent all the time he could in the mountains, where he liked to be.

Private family graveside service will be held. Interment will be in the St. George City Cemetery.
