St. George, UT - Our husband, father, son, brother, and friend passed away August 15, 2010. He was born October 22, 1959 in Bath, New York to Bohdan and Beverly Hercyk. He married his sweetheart Julie Topham on March 7, 1998 in Salt Lake City, Utah. They were sealed a year later in the St. George, Utah Temple. He was a very caring wonderful father to his daughter Jessie. He was an exceptional artist, builder, decorator, and landscape artist. He loved taking his girls camping and hiking. Darrell was an employee of Sky West Airlines as a systems analyst. He is survived by his wife Julie, daughter Jessie, parents Bohdan and Beverly Hercyk, brothers Jeff and Darren Hercyk. Funeral services will be held Monday, August 23, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at the Santa Clara LDS 6th Ward Chapel, 3815 West Rachel Drive, Santa Clara, Utah. Visitation will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at the Chapel, prior to services. Interment will be at the Santa Clara City Cemetery.
