David B. Ferguson passed away September 29, 2014 in Ivins, Utah. He was born June 20, 1924 in Spanish Fork, Utah to Eugene Duncan Ferguson and Margaret Brimhall Ferguson. He married Merle Keele, also of Spanish Fork, Utah, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on February 9, 1945. He was a veteran of World War II, having served in the Army Air Corps as an aircraft mechanic. After he was discharged in 1946, he and Merle moved to Richland, Washington to work at the Hanford Nuclear Facility as part of the continuing war effort. An active member of the LDS Church, he held many positions over the years, but he particularly enjoyed his service in the Seattle, Washington and St. George, Utah LDS Temples. After David's retirement he and Merle became snowbirds dividing their time between Washington City, Utah and Polson, Montana. He was preceded in death by his wife, Merle, their son, David Randall Ferguson, and their son-in-law Boyd Reeder Nelson. He is survived by his daughters: Sandra K. Nelson and Kathleen (Richard) Geiger, and two sons: Norman Scott Ferguson and Ernest (Amy) Ferguson.
