St. George, UT - Debra Lynn Cusak, 58, died August 1, 2011 in St. George, Utah. She was the second daughter of Carol and Richard Seiler of Fresno, California. Debby graduated from McLane High School in 1971 and graduated from California State University, Fresno. She worked for Clovis City and Regional Planning, and then managed Save Mart Supermarkets for 27 years. Upon retirement, the Cusaks moved to St. George, Utah where Debby pursued her passions; golf, hiking, and animals. Debby the dog-lover volunteered at several pet agencies, founded a dog hiking group in Southern Utah, and worked fundraising for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Debby is survived by her husband, Dr. Stanley Cusak; father, Richard Seiler; sister, Sharon Blakely; aunt, Eileine Schneider; cousins, Kristi and Rodney Schneider; nieces, Erika Peterson and Andrea Fidelibus; Stan's children, Desiree, Zachary, Jonathan, Austin, and Brandon Cusak along with five grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at the Calvary Chapel of Saint George located at 3922 South Pioneer Road on Friday, August 5, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Funeral services will be held at a later date in Fresno, California.
