St. George, Utah – Deidra Kay Duffney Guzman "Didi" took her unexpected soar up through the clouds to Heaven on Sunday, November 15, 2020. She was born on Friday the 13 ^th , July 1990 in Las Vegas, Nevada to Douglas Kay Duffney and Christina Hougen. She was the youngest child of a blended family. As a child, Deidra was definitely full of spunk and sass. As Deidra got older her sass became determination to overcome obstacles throughout her life.

She was married at the young age of 17 to Hector Alfredo Guzman in Las Vegas, Nevada. In 2009, Deidra gave birth to her first precious daughter, Stormy Jade Guzman in Henderson, Nevada. Less than a year and a half later, in 2001, another adorable daughter was born, Rainy Alexis Guzman in New Mexico. To Deidra's surprise in 2013, she was blessed with another darling daughter, Haily Kay Guzman in New Mexico. Deidra and her little family relocated to St. George, Utah in 2005, not to long after she separated and divorced Hector. In 2007, she met and fell in love with Schylur Hall and they were together until the end.

She is survived by her mother, Christina Hougen and step father, Lyle Hougen; sister, Teresa Gerber; sister, Tanja Hougen (Kevin); sister, Christina Goodman; brother, Westley Hougen; sister, Jesica Pulver (Dan); brother, Jesse Duffney (Cassandra); her three daughters, Stormy Jade, Rainy Alexis and Haily Kay Guzman; and many other relatives and loved ones.

A donation fund has been set up at Mountain America for Deidra's end of life expenses and for her girls in the "Didikay Donation Fund".
