Obituary

St. George, Utah - Denise Louise Fullmer passed away September 21, 2022, St. George, Utah. She was born February 2, 1951, in La Jolla, California to David W. Williams and Dolores Joy Woodard. She married Boyd L. Miller. They later divorced. She married Samuel C. Fullmer.

Mom grew up on the beaches of Southern California as a young girl which instilled in her a lifelong love for the ocean. She grew up with two loving hard-working parents with her two sisters, Marsha and Barbara. She remained close to them throughout her life and has always put her family first. Her family moved to Panguitch Utah when she was in high school where she finished school and met Dad. From this marriage were born four kids of which she devoted her life to. They were later divorced and after which she was married to Papa Sam. Her and Sam worked to blend two grown families together the best they could each loving each other's grand kids.

After her and Dad were divorced Mom moved to St. George to be closer to Grandpa Dave and there she went back to school earning her bachelor's degree in nursing. She then worked as a nurse at the hospital and State of Utah until her retirement in 2007. Her knowledge of Nursing and Health Care was amazing, and she was willing to share and help all she met and came into contact with.

Mom loved to travel anywhere, literally. She loved going to Yellowstone to watch the wildlife, loved going on a cruise with her sisters, going camping with anyone that would take her along, stock shows to watch her grandkids or back to her beloved Southern California to see Uncle Wally and Aunt Janet and walk along the beach or with one of her grandchildren along to make memories at Disney Land.

She is survived by her children: Bob Miller (Anne-Marie), Nicole Frei (Ryan), Emily Ann Jones and Joshua Lee Miller (Krissy)

Mom loved each and every one of her grandchildren: Morgan (Jordan) Atkinson, Brett (Amy) Miller, Myers Miller, Makendie (Tommy) Williams, Koby (Ashlynn) Frei, Kashten Frei, Macie Frei, Lexi (Andrew) Mouw, Chelsie (Brendan) Cowden, Brookelyn Jones, Nakell Jones, Tailor Miller, Ashton Miller and Kelsey May Miller. She also loved each of her great grandchildren: Saige Atkinson, Cooper Atkinson and Jet Williams.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Samuel.
