Beryl, Utah - Donald Lorenzo Horsley, Jr. passed away August 7, 2012. He was born April 3, 1956 in Cedar City, Utah to Donald Horsley, Sr. and Janet Perks Horsley. He is survived by his parents.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 11, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the New Castle LDS Ward Chapel, 55 South Main Street, New Castle, Utah. A visitation will be held Saturday, prior to services, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at the Chapel. Interment will be at the Beryl Cemetery.
