Eileen was raised in the Shelley, Idaho area and graduated from Shelley High School. Eileen lived in New York, Palm Springs and then moved to St. George, UT in 1997.

Eileen is survived by her sister Barbara Iles, a brother Merril Blake, and many beloved nieces and nephews. Eileen was proceeded in death by her parents Ferron & Klea Blake and her siblings, Lynn Blake, Wayne Blake, Sylvia Blake, Ramona Dugger, Irene Price, and Starla Stroud.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 11, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at the Quail Ridge LDS Chapel, 860 North Fairway Drive, Washington, Utah. A visitation will be held Saturday, prior to services, from 12:00 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. at the Chapel. Interment will be held Monday, May 13, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the Taylor, Idaho Cemetery under the direction of Nalders Mortuary.
