Obituary

St. George, Utah - Elizabeth Jane Reichard Hiltabiddle Whitehill, better known as Betty, passed away on December 15, 2015, in St. George, Utah, at the age of 92. She was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Cassius F. Whitehill, Jr. on December 3, 2014; her former husband, John Hiltabiddle; a grandson, Jamie Hiltabiddle; and step-daughter, Jerene Jo Whitehill.
Betty is survived by her two sons, John E. Hiltabiddle (Lorie) and Thomas R. Hiltabiddle (Jennifer); and step-daughter, Edana W. Nelson (Steve).  One of Betty's greatest joys were her grandchildren: Jason Hiltabiddle (Lorri), Joshua Hiltabiddle (Sheila); Chad Rial (Kelley), Kristen Odmark (Matt), Star Grieve, (Ian), and Jessica Hough.  She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
Betty was born on June 15, 1923, in Warren, OH, to Glenmer Franklin Reichard and Elizabeth Agnes Trimble.  She graduated from Warren G. Harding High School, Class of 1942.
Betty was passionate about cooking, decorating, sewing and needlework. Her skills and attention to the littlest detail brought great joy to her family and friends.  Her recipe box is a family treasure.
Betty's ashes will be scattered at a later date in keeping with her wishes.
