Santa Clara, Utah - Felissa Ferrill-Shaw went to meet with her Heavenly Father on January 25, 2013. She was born October 1, 1979 in Mission Viejo, CA to Carl and Karen Ferrill.

Felissa was very active as a mascot football cheerleader and football coach for Pop Warner. She was a mascot cheerleader for Santa Ana College, CA, West Hills College, CA, University of Idaho and University of Nevada Las Vegas. She was a foreign exchange student in Costa Rica for one year.

Her love for her husband, Devin Shaw was unmatched as perfect soul mates. Her love for her two sons, Desmond and Brennen was a Godsend. She was involved in Desmonds athletics and academics as no other mother. She and Devin were blessed with a new baby Brennen December 15, 2012. She will long be remembered by all her family as a loving mother and wife.

Felissa was very active in church and charity causes. She graduated with a BA degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. She was a National Delegate and a Delegate for the State of Utah for the Republican Party.

She was active in coordinating the Birch Family reunion for the last 10 years with up to 350 family members per year in New Mexico.

Felissa is survived by her husband, Devin; her two sons, Desmond and Brennen; her sister, Christina Ferrill; her parents, Carl and Lissa Ferrill and Cliff and Karen Redekop; and numerous family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in her memory to the Felissa Ferrill-Shaw Trust Fund at Wells Fargo Bank.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Santa Clara LDS Ward Chapel, 3815 West Rachel Drive, Santa Clara, Utah. Visitations will be held Tuesday evening, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Metcalf Mortuary, 288 West St. George Blvd. and on Wednesday, prior to services, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Chapel.
