Gary Lynn Dixon passed away at the age of 75 in St George, Utah on March 3, 2026. Gary was born to Dick and Norma Dixon on April 26, 1950, at March Air Force Base, Riverside California. Gary lived in St George, Utah for 36 years.

Being a member of an Air Force family, Gary grew up in multiple locations; Riverside CA, Spokane WA, Whiteman AFB MO, and finally Vandenberg AFB CA where he graduated from High School and was an excellent wrestler. He attended BYU and served an LDS mission in Uruguay.

He enjoyed skiing, was a lover of classical music, and was an accomplished classical guitarist.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Ronald Kay Dixon; mother, Norma Davis Dixon; and father, Dick Dixon.  He is survived by his brother, Darrel Dixon; sister, Shelley Caldwell; and brother, Duane Dixon.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Tonaquint Cemetery, 1777 South Dixie Drive, St. George, UT 84770.
