St. George, Utah – Howard Orlan Bingham, 87, passed away February 6, 2020. He was born September 6, 1932 in Preston, Idaho to Alton and LaMar Rice Bingham.

Graveside services will be held Friday, February 14, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. at the Utah Veterans Cemetery and Memorial Park, 17111 South Camp Williams Road, Bluffdale, Utah. A visitation will be held Friday, prior to services, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Riverton 17 ^th Ward, 12852 South 3200 West, Riverton, Utah.
