Hugo Franklin Cubias, 64, passed away peacefully on May 28, 2025, with his family lovingly by his side. He was born on December 29, 1960.

Franklin is preceded in joining the Lord by his father, Santos Prospero Romero Cubias and brother, Nelson Fabricio Cubias.

Franklin is survived by his wife, Ana Ruth Solano; his mother, Maria Estela Barahona; his siblings: Jimmy D Cubias, Carlina Cubias-Garcia and her husband Ernesto Garcia, Nadia Y Gonzalez and fiancé Ryan Durkin; and many nieces, nephews, and cherished friends who loved him dearly.

He will be remembered for his kind heart and simple spirit. His kindness and service were a beacon of light in the lives of many.

He will be forever missed, and his memory will be in our hearts, until that glorious day in which we meet again in heaven.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, June 6, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Tonaquint Cemetery, 1777 South Dixie Drive, St. George, Utah.
