Ingrid V. Miller, of Hurricane UT, passed away to be with our Lord on May 27, 2026. Ingrid was 86 years young. She was born on January 28, 1940, in Minneapolis, MN. Her parents, Knute and Gerd Svensson preceded her passing. She married Randolph L, Miller, of Hurricane UT, on November 4,1989, in Pomona, CA.
Ingrid was raised in Minneapolis, MN and graduated from Roosevelt High School and studied Interior design at Platt College, Ontario, CA and went on to create many designs. As a hobby and other projects, Ingrid loved to design and create clothes, throw pillows, bedding, drapery, and covers of all kinds. Ingrid was a very skilled seamstress and could create anything you could dream up.
Ingrid was a devote Christian and was very active in her faith and her community. Ingrid and Randy lived in California, Colorado, and Utah.
She is survived by her loving husband Randy, her sons John McSweeny and his wife Kimberly, Marc McSweeny, and his wife Linda, and her daughter Lorri McSweeny. She is also survived by her glorious and loved grandchildren, Evan, Kyle, Sofia, Zoe and Andy.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 5th, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., at Metcalf Bonzo Hurricane Mortuary at 140 North Main Street, Hurricane, Utah. In lieu of any arrangement flowers the family requests that donations be sent in her honor to a leading Parkinson Disease research organization.
