LaVerkin, Utah - Jada Marie Harris returned to the loving arms of our Heavenly Father on August 1, 2012 after two beautiful and joy filled years. She was born on June 14, 2010. Jada had blond curly ringlets and a joyful smile that greeted all that she met. Jada loved to run, explore, and lead her dog Bonnie around. She loved to feed the horses apples and share her popcorn with the chickens, then chase them. Jada was really good at sharing her things. Whenever she had food she would share with others so no one would go hungry. One of Jada's favorite things to do was go for jeep rides with her mom and dad. Together, they were always going on some exciting adventure and traveling together. She also loved to spend a lot of time with her Great Grandparents. She would take the hand of her Grandma Vi and Grandpa Dale then pull them all around the house, getting them to do whatever she wanted! Taking them a green smoothie every morning was one thing she looked forward to, as well as having Grandpa rock her to sleep at naptime. Grandma Vi enjoyed showing her how to paint and cut out pictures. Jada also loved spending time with her Gra-Marie. They would run, play, and pick wild flowers together for hours. She looked forward to primary and nursery, where was never shy with other children who would laugh and play with her. At home, Jada enjoyed pretending like she was cooking and serving people food. She loved to help bake and roll out dough while making cookies with her Mom. She is the highlight of our life and made all the colors in the world shine much brighter! We love her so so much!

Jada is treasured and will be missed by her parents, Steve and Jessica Harris of La Verkin; grandparents: Marie Wilson of Leeds, Dwight Bass of Las Vegas, Randy Harris of St. George, Laura Harris of Springdale; great-grandparents, Dale & Viona Wilson of La Verkin; great-grandparents, Dennis and Darlene Harris of Cedar City; great-grandparents, Bob and Kay Bruggeman of Toquerville; uncles, Patrick and Garrett Wilson of La Verkin; uncles, Michael (Bonny) Harris of St. George, Danny Harris of Springdale; aunt, Tiffany Harris of Springdale; along with numerous cousins, family members and friends. She was welcomed into Heaven by her cousin Kevin Bourgoin and many other loving family members.

The family wants to thank all the volunteers from the community, Church, Police and Fire Department, Search and Rescue, and all who have helped in any way. Also, thanks for the prayers, toys, ribbons, candlelight memorial, cards, letters, gifts and donations.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 11, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the LaVerkin LDS Stake Center, 481 North Main Street, LaVerkin, Utah. A visitation will be held Saturday, prior to services, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Stake Center. Interment will follow at the Toquerville Cemetery.
