St. George, Utah - James William Basick passed away August 10, 2012. He was born November 6, 1958 in Ontario, Canada to William Basick and Mary Stor Basick.

He is survived by his wife, Janice: and children: Christopher, Tommy, Laura and Brenda. He will be greatly missed!

Funeral Services will be held Friday, August 17, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Metcalf Mortuary, 288 West St. George Blvd., St. George, Utah. A visitation will be held Thursday evening, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m and Friday, prior to services, at 9:00 a.m. at Metcalf Mortuary. Interment will be held at the St. George City Cemetery.
