Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 23, 2017 at 11:00 a.m., with a visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m., at the Metcalf Mortuary Chapel, 288 West St. George Blvd., St. George, Utah.
Interment will take place Monday, September 25, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the Provo City Cemetery, Provo, Utah.
