The Angels came for Jim Neal July 16, 2025 and set him free from pain....Jimmy, the cat-man,  husband to Kris, father of Marnie Leary and Jerry Neal (Janie) , grandfather of 4, great grandpa of 2, Golfer, fisherman, handyman, mechanic, gardener, marksman, carpenter, explorer, skier, medic, lover of old westerns and war movies

Jim loved the outdoors and spent his life exploring the many canyons of Lake Powell, the deserts of southern Utah, the Arizona strip and Cedar Mountain.  Jimmy loved exploring the beauty of our area and the more desolate the better.

Jimmy and Kris ran a Community Cat rescue for over 25 years.  Jim loved the cats.  Jim's 10 + years as a medic in the Army prepared him for rehabbing injured community cats and he was the best at it.  There was never a time Jim didn't have a cat on his lap, a line of cats following him or cats helping him with every chore.  Jim loved long walks with his dogs, Sparky and Winnie.
