St. George, Utah – Janet Ann McCaslin, 87, passed away April 21, 2025. She was born January 1, 1938, in Maryleborn, England to Harold Jackson and Ivy Violet Watson Cross. She married Harley Dean McCaslin on September 7, 1963 in Jacksonville, Arkansas.

Janet enjoyed gardening, English Roses and travelling. She loved to spend time with her children. She was always there with a cup of tea and advice.

Janet is very special to her loved ones. She is survived by her children: Gale West of Heavener, OK, Craig McCaslin of Las Vegas, NV, Nathan (Kathleen Stone) McCaslin of St. George, UT, Aaron Daniel McCaslin of Las Vegas, NV and Adrian Samuel (Samira Asmat) McCaslin of Las Vegas, NV; grandchildren: April, Melanie, Jason, Saxon and Anders; many great-grandchildren; and many family and friends in England and Australia.

Funeral services will be held Monday, April 28, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the Metcalf Mortuary Chapel, 288 West St. George Blvd., St. George, Utah. A viewing will be held on Monday, prior to services, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Mortuary. Interment will be at Tonaquint Cemetery, 1777 South Dixie Drive, St. George, Utah.
