Hurricane, Utah – Janice Golden Alexander was born December 30, 1929, and passed away peacefully on October 31, 2022, in Hurricane, Utah. Janice was born in American Fork, Utah.  She graduated from the Class of 1947 from Barstow High School.  She later married Allen Alexander and had two children, a daughter Adrienne and a son Jack. Janice lived in Bakersfield, California until 2018 when she moved to Toquerville, Utah.  Janice was an accomplished artist, seamstress and writer.  She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Janice is survived by her daughter, Adrienne Noyes; son, Jack Alexander; grandchildren: Kristi, Jeremy, Jason and Anna; and her many great grandchildren and numerous friends.

A visitation will be held Monday, November 7, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Metcalf Mortuary, 140 North Main St., Hurricane, Utah.

Graveside service will be held Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Memorial Park and Mortuary, 9101 Kern Canyon Road, Bakersfield, California.
