– Our loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend, Janice Crane, passed away peacefully in her home on March 30, 2017. Janice, age 66, was born on January 29, 1951 to Warren Murphy Crane and Sarah Potter Crane in Salina, Utah. She was raised in Salina, Utah, where she graduated from North Sevier High School in 1969. That same summer she married Charles A Wanlass and together they had two beautiful daughters. They were later divorced. Janice lived the majority of her adult life in St. George, Utah.
Full of unconditional love, Janice was family oriented and a very compassionate friend. She held multiple callings in the LDS Church and spent time serving others in her everyday life. Her highest priority in life was always her children and grandchildren. She will forever be remembered as someone who loved, supported and encouraged those around her.

Janice is survived by her daughters: Nancy Ann (David) Watts of Idaho Falls, Idaho and Trisha Lee (Scott) Stephenson of St. George, Utah; grandchildren: Alexis Bailey Stephenson, Shaylee Ann Adams, Alexis Lee Poland, Mayci Jai Stephenson and Jacob Scott Stephenson; brother, William (Gaylynne) Crane of Richfield, Utah; nephew, Kelly (Rochelle) Crane; and nieces: Kimberly (Matt) Robinson and Sara (Travis) Call.
Graveside services will be held in Salina, Utah on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the East Side Cemetery. She will be laid to rest next to her beloved parents.
