St. George, Utah - Janice Elliott Fenton passed away May 29, 2012. Jan was born January 16, 1940 in Provo, Utah to Stanley Elliott and Deon Anderson Elliott. She married Lawrence "Larry" Taylor, he passed shortly after their marriage. Jan met and married her soul mate Nelson Thomas Fenton on July 23, 1965 in Salt Lake LDS Temple. Jan was raised and educated in Orem, Utah. Despite her many illnesses and challenges, she had a positive attitude.

Jan is survived by her husband, Nelson Thomas Fenton; children: Bradley (Kim), Belinda (Clay) Holt, Stanley (Brenda), and Trent (Wendy); eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and only sister, Ann (Frank) Peterson.

The family would like to thank the Hurricane LDS 15 ^th Ward members and the staff and faculty of Kolob Care Center.

Funeral services will be held Friday, June 1, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Hurricane LDS 15 ^th Ward Chapel,1178 South 700 West, Hurricane, Utah. Friends may call Friday, prior to services, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Chapel. Interment will be held Saturday, June 2, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery.
