Milford, UT- Janice Truman Rowberry went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 9, 2015. She was born in Cedar City, UT, to Rema Clove and Lamar Truman on September 24, 1935. She married John Johnen in 1957 in California, with whom she had a beautiful baby girl. In 1962 she married Donald Reese Rowberry in Reno, NV with whom she had two wonderful sons. Janice grew up in Enterprise, UT and on ranches in Utah, Idaho, Montana, and California. She has worked in the medical and healthcare fields most of her life, but had a great love for cooking that she has passed on to her children. Janice was a devout Christian with a great love for her Savior. She was an incredible woman and will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her. She is survived by her children: Debbie (Lee) Young of Idaho Falls, ID, Randy of Milford, UT and Gaylen (Karen) of St. George, UT; four grandchildren: Matthew, Johnny, Sophia, and Anna; six great-grandchildren; siblings: Ferrol (Jeannette) Truman of Lebanon, Missouri, Marlene (Frank) Anderson of Adams, North Dakota, Linda (Greg) Anderson of St. George, UT and Larry (Kathy) Truman of St. George, UT; and many beloved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lamar and Rema Truman. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Metcalf Mortuary Chapel, 288 West St. George Blvd., St. George, Utah. A visitation will be held Saturday, prior to services, from 9:30 a.m.to 10:30 a.m. at Metcalf Mortuary. Interment will be in the Enterprise City Cemetery.
