Washington, UT - Jay Alma Maxwell Donnelly, our beloved Son, Husband, Brother and Daddy left us much too early to return to his Heavenly Father on August 3, 2010. Jay was born on March 10, 1986 in Missoula, Montana to Bill and Marlene Donnelly (Williford). His parents divorced, and Jay moved to Ivins, Utah in 1989 with his mother, brother and sisters. He was cherished and adored by his brother, Royal and three sisters; Merridyth, Nikol (Luis) Quiroz and Linnea (Julio) Vega; and many nieces and nephews. He was the joy of his mothers heart, with a warm smile and a quiet nature that will be sorely missed by his family. Jay married Cami Sue Evans on May 12, 2007, in Logandale, Nevada and made their home in Washington, Utah. Jay worked at Ashley Furniture and loved working at Titans Stairs. The true light of Jays life, besides his wife, was his 14 month old daughter, Jaycie Sue. She went everywhere with her daddy and made her daddy proud. Jay loved to fish, camp, carve things, creating fabulous pumpkins for Jaycie on Halloween. Jay was very pleased to be working towards his graphic design degree at college. Jay is preceded in death by his grandparents, Afton and Weston Workman; uncle, Don Workman; and cousins, Bart Workman and Joshua. Jay will be sorely missed and remembered daily by his family. We impatiently wait for that day we will be with you again, our Son, Husband, Brother and Daddy!
