- Jerry Edward Hayes born August 2, 1938 passed away on March 20, 2016 in St. George, Utah.
Jerry was born to George and Eva Hayes in Ontario California. Jerry worked in aerospace following his service in the United States Army. He was a master wood turner.
Jerry had two children; Jeffrey and Jennifer (deceased) Hayes. He is survived by his wife, Donna Hayes, son Jeffrey Hayes and his five grandchildren; Steven, Ryan, Kevin Michalk; and Matthew and Erhyn Phillips.
A Celebration of life will be held March 26, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at the New Promise Lutheran Church, 244 So. Valley View Dr, St. George, Utah.
