New Harmony, Utah – Jilleen Draper Mitchell, 83, passed away November 5, 2019. She was born July 18, 1936 in Provo, Utah to Levi and Golda Cowdell Draper.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 9, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Metcalf Mortuary, 288 West St. George Blvd., St. George, Utah. A visitation will be held Saturday, prior to services, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the mortuary. Interment will be at Tonaquint Cemetery.
