St. George, Utah - Jocelyn Lambert Kaetzer passed away February 16, 2013. She was born September 6, 1921 in Hubbard, Texas to Drayton and Stanlye Wylie Lambert. She married Thomas H. Kaetzer in Tyler, Texas.

A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at 2:30 p.m. at the St. George Community Church located at 95 South 800 East. Arrangements entrusted to the care of Metcalf Mortuary, (435) 673-4221.
