St. George, UT - John (Ab) Albert Stock, 96, passed away January 12, 2010 in St. George, Utah. Albert was born in Gridley, California on April 26, 1913 to John and Pearl Foutz Stock. He married Glenna Stratton on August 2, 1937 in St. George, Utah. They divorced and he married Noreen Lemon. Albert only lived in California a short time before moving to St. George. He was a mechanic, horse trainer, raised cows, pilot and in his 80's was repairing farm equipment. He loved his horses, dogs, cars, and gardens. He is survived by his ex-wife, Glenna Johnson (Washington); children: Dean Stock (Kanab) and Bonnie Hafen (St. George); grandchildren: Doyle Stock (St. George), Becky Stock (Cedar City), John Dobbs (St. George), Michael Dean Hafen (St. George), Christina Carlsen (Oregon), Michael Dean Stock (Hurricane), David Stock (Montana), Darrell Stock (Montana), Stephen Stock (River Heights), Clayton Stock (Hyrum), Clair Stock (Amalga), and Julie Lagasse (Logan); and sisters: Marva Millett (California), Golda Tobler (Nevada), and Lorraine Burns (St. George). Graveside services will be held Thursday, January 21, 2010 at 2:00 pm at the St. George City Cemetery. A visitation will be held Thursday from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m. at Metcalf Mortuary, 288 W.
