St. George, Utah " Joseph James Flora, 49, passed away unexpectedly August 22, 2014. Joe was born January 19, 1965 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida to James W. and Dorothy L. Flora. He married Lola M. Flora, in Salt Lake City, Utah on October 8, 1994. Joe was raised in both Florida and Utah. He worked in the auto-body and healthcare industry. His hobbies as a young boy included hunting, outdoors and camping. In his later years he enjoyed golfing and was excited to participate in the upcoming World Senior Games for the first time. He will be greatly missed by his young family and friends. He is survived by his parents, his wife, Lola M. Flora; sons Alex and Tyler; daughters Tiffany, (Casper, WY), Ashley M. Goold (Ryan) (Orem UT) and Melissa Flora-currently serving a LDS Mission in Lansing, MI; Isabella M., (St. George, UT) brother - Jamie L Flora (Carmen), Murray, UT; sister " Janine L Flora, Draper UT; grandchildren, Natalie R., Christina R., (Casper, WY) and Brooklyn N. (Orem, UT). Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Metcalf Mortuary Chapel, 288 W. St. George Blvd., St. George, Utah. Visitations will be held Monday, August 25, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Tuesday, prior to services, from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. at Metcalf Mortuary.
