Washington, Utah - Joyce Elaine Prentice, 73, passed away August 21, 2012. She was born in Los Angeles, California on November 21, 1938.

Joyce is survived by her husband, Daniel Prentice; her brother, John Carmack; her five children: Valerie (Efrem) Rosenfeld, Patricia (Kim) Cordillo, Daniel (Sandra) Maloney, Jennifer Maloney and Sandra Maloney; ten grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Metcalf Mortuary Chapel, 288 West St. George Blvd., St. George, Utah. Interment will follow at the Washington City Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the care of Metcalf Mortuary, (435) 673-4221.
