A visitation will be held in St. George, Utah on Tuesday, July 19, 2011 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Metcalf Mortuary, 288 West St. George Blvd. A Graveside Service will be held in Salt Lake City, Utah on Friday, July 22, 2011 at 11:00 a.m., with a visitation prior to services at 10:00 a.m., at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 3401 South Highland Drive.
