IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Karren
Andersen
February 4, 1940 – May 6, 2025
Karren was a loving sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She passed away on May 6, 2025, at the Southgate Assisted & Senior Living Center. She was born on February 4, 1940, in Salem, Utah to Beulah Mary Hatch and Foster Lyman Tolman. She met the love of her life Dennis Floyd Andersen, they married on June 12, 1958, and had three children: Kevin, Deborah, and Mark.
Karren was a hard worker and held several jobs over the years. She was also quietly brilliant. She went to Steven's Henager College and became a secretary when her kids were still in school. She then went to work at Utah Power and Light and eventually retired from there.
Karren and Dennis loved to travel. Camping was a common occurrence when the kids were little and after Dennis passed away Karren traveled to Hawaii, Alaska and Europe. They also never stayed in one place too long. They moved more times than one could count but have had so many adventures in life.

She is survived by her son, Kevin Andersen; daughter, Deborah Andersen; son, Mark (Faye) Andersen; granddaughter, Monica Andersen (Jesse Myers) and their three children: Mark, Ryan, Kelsey; step-grandchildren: Robert and his daughter, Taylor; Ron (Saori) and their three children: Kai, Neo, Alice; and brothers and sisters: Calvin (Nancy) Tolman, Alta (Jo) Russell, Linda Earls, Dennis (Julie) Tolman.
