Springville, Utah –
Kathlyn Lucy Mendenhall, 92 passed away on February 14, 2017 at her home in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was born on March 31, 1924 in Bingham, Utah to Maurice and Zina Metcalf. She follows her husband of 69 years, Kay Wesley Mendenhall. They were married in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on September 8, 1942.
Kathlyn was loved by all who knew her. She was a very talented and a well-liked young lady, and a beautiful and dedicated homemaker and mother.
She is survived by her two sons: Anthony Wesley and Michael Kay; her grandchildren: Brian Wesley, Ragen Kay, Nicholas Anthony, and Joseph Deal; and her great-grandchildren: Seth and Bella.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 11:00 a.m., with a visitation from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., at Wheeler Mortuary, 211 East 200 South, Springville, Utah. Interment will be in the Springville Evergreen Cemetery.
