St. George, Utah - Kaye C. Hall, 73, passed away July 8, 2013 in St. George, UT. She was born September 21, 1939 in Stockton CA. She married Gerald Ray Hall June 7, 1961.

Affected by the polio epidemic of the 1950s, Kaye spent her life overcoming great challenges. She graduated from BYU, married and spent her life serving others. Her husband was employed by the LDS Church Education System and their assignments took them to New Mexico, South Dakota, California and Colorado. She gladly served behind the scenes whenever needed. Family was her focus, raising children, encouraging grandchildren or searching for ancestors. A little-known fact, she was one of the first professional chocolate hand dippers for the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in Durango CO. They retired to Santa Clara in 1994.

She is survived by her husband, Gerald; four children: Melanie Tidwell (Marty) of Santa Clara, Derek Hall (Holly) Jacksonville, FL, Lori Randall (Jason) Birmingham, AL and Julie Merrill (Junius) Lubbock, TX; brothers Brian Cunninghame and Bill Cunninghame; "sister" Carol Cunninghame; and grandchildren: Corey, Melissa, Paisley, Jake, Tyler, Parker, Coleman, Hunter, Brandon, Ethan, Cardon, Ashton, Kaylee, Chloe, & Anna.

Special thanks to Helping Hands caretakers Marcia, Allie, Mary, Lilly, Diane, Dacia, Connie and Sylvia. Additionally, the family wishes to thank Rex & Patty Edwards and all the many caring and helpful neighbors.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 13, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Santa Clara LDS 7 ^th Ward Chapel, 3815 West Rachel Drive, Santa Clara, Utah. A visitation will be held Saturday prior to services at the Chapel from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Interment will follow at the Santa Clara City Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Metcalf Mortuary, 435-673-4221.
