Las Vegas, Neveda - Our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend,  LaVon Elaine Garrison Edner, 88, of California and Toquerville, Utah, passed away peacefully on November 2, 2025. LaVon was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who enjoyed spending time with family.

She was the mother of five children and spent much of her life in Southern California before moving to Toquerville, Utah, where she realized her dream of owning The Spring Creek Gardens Bed and Breakfast. Known for her love of gardening and hospitality, LaVon welcomed friends and family to her home, creating a place of beauty, celebration, and love.

LaVon is survived by her children: Jacqueline Stephens, Garth Edner, Shawn Carter, and Michele Wilkie; her brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Kaye Garrison; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Her legacy of loving her grandchildren, creating warm, welcoming decor, good meals, and her love for our Lord will be our memories.

A Mass will be held Friday, November 21, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the St George Catholic Church located at 259 West 200 North, St George, UT, 84770. Interment will be in the Toquerville, Utah Cemetery.

There will be a reception following the services at The Springs, located at 580 Spring Drive, Toquerville, Utah
